ELU Committee Application

Thank you for your interest in joining an Emerging Leaders United (ELU) committee.

Please complete the below form to apply. Information collected in this form will not be shared outside of United Way of the Mohawk Valley.

Applications are accepted year-round. Applications will be reviewed and new members will be selected bi-annually in January and July. You will be contacted by United Way staff with the result of your application during those months.
